What do I do when my Meal Replacement products arrive? Even before your package arrives, there are steps you can take to prepare for your Weight Loss Journey.

  1. Purchase a quality Multivitamin and other supplements.
  2. Clean Up your Kitchen and Pantry! Remove any temptations and high calorie, high fat foods.
  3. Stock up on lean proteins, fresh vegetables, low fat, low calorie dressings and frozen meals for dinners in a pinch.
  4. Browse through the many recipes online to keep your program fresh and tasty.

scaleOnce you receive your nutritional hunger suppressing meal replacements, read the printed materials and then start the program the next day. Within 1 hour of waking up, eat your first Cookie along with a glass of water. Then every 2-4 hours, when you feel hungry, eat another Cookie. You should eat 6 meal replacements (or the equivalent) as described in your Program guidelines throughout the day and then a healthy, low fat dinner of lean protein (like chicken or fish) with vegetables and salad as outlined in your Program Guide that will be included in your order. Without consciously trying, this will automatically retrain you to eat small, multiple meals throughout the day. Keep in mind, the meal replacements will suppress your appetite naturally, so you can go about your day without feeling hungry. Remember to take your delicious meal replacements with you when you are “on-the-road” along with plenty of water. When clients follow the above guidelines, they can expect to lose 10-15 pounds per month.
