Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, the FDA regulations state we are unable to accept returns of any food products. However, if not completely satisfied within 3 business days of receipt, please contact our Smart for Life customer service department at 703-866-4074. YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE SHIPPING OR REFUSING ANY PRODUCT. Customers are responsible for all Return shipping costs plus a $35 handling fee. The balance of the original order amount will be credited back to the credit card.

Shipping

Most of our products ship UPS Ground. In the DC Metro area, packages are usually delivered within two business days. Tracking numbers for all packages are gladly provided upon request.

UPS does not deliver to P O Boxes.

Please contact us to change your shipping method. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Orders will be shipped outside the US, however customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and any import costs.
